MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop company's current and new businesses to market by analyzing proposed requirements and development programs and establishing a timeline.

Building product strategy including product/service vision, business models, users/audience segments, and goals and initiatives.

On-site and Online interview meeting/empathizing customers and Analyze all data.

Actively identify where feedback collecting could help improve the team's understanding of customer needs.

Obtain a strong knowledge of the solutions being offered and effectively relay its benefits to customers.

Aid in validation of new features/ideas.

Able to work closely with the solutions consultant, business partners, product team and sales to propose solutions to help customer pain points.

Provide product ownership of service, from tracking, analyzing, and reporting of key metrics to ongoing service improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Bachelor's Degree or higher that included Computer engineering, Marketing, MBA or a similar field.

At least 2 years of direct experience in customer experience, market research, business development, product development, and leadership experience.

Experience in running customer interviews, focus groups and on-field research.

Excellent problem solving, decision-making, leadership, and ability to prioritize.

Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and willing to contribute to the commitment of team goals.

Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.

A team player and collaborator.

Good command of English.
